Payment
Half of the price of the Material Package is due at contract signing - this will begin the milling process. The balance of the Material Package price is due upon delivery, usually about three weeks after ordering.
During building, payments will be assessed at the completion of certain phases, for example:
- after foundation completion
- after wall erection
- after roof is completed
- after finish and cleanup
